Technische Änderungen werden umgesetzt und die IT-Prozesse kontinuierlich optimiert
IT-Support-Anfragen zu Software, Hardware und Medientechnik werden entgegengenommen, priorisiert und in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den IT-Fachabteilungen schnellstmöglich gelöst
Die Verantwortung umfasst die Installation, Konfiguration und Verwaltung von PC-Hardware, -Software und Peripheriegeräten, einschließlich Druckern und mobilen Geräten
