Desirable * Previous experience within IT Asset Disposition (ITAD). * Experience using asset management or inventory systems. * Knowledge of secure data destruction standards (NIST 800-88, Blancco, BitRaser or similar). * Understanding of WEEE regulations and environmental compliance. * Experience working within an IT warehouse or logistics environment. * CompTIA A+, Microsoft or similar technical certifications. Physical Requirements * Able to lift and move IT equipment safely. * Comfortable working in a warehouse environment. * Able to stand and move around the warehouse for extended periods. ## Description We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented ITAD / Lifecycle Engineer to join our IT team at our Northampton headquarters. This hands-on role is responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of IT assets, from receiving and auditing equipment through to testing, refurbishment, secure data sanitisation, deployment, storage and environmentally compliant disposal.
