Working within a structured operational framework, the team adopts a common set of processes and local delivery models to provide a comprehensive environment that consistently delivers outcomes agreed with key stakeholders. You will be responsible for maintaining and supporting critical network infrastructure across two data centre sites, ensuring the availability, performance, and resilience of production services. You'll undertake the provisioning, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of voice and cloud platforms, alongside supporting break-fix activities, circuit fault diagnosis, and component-level repairs on data centre hardware. Working closely with network engineering, infrastructure, and operational teams, you'll contribute to service delivery, change implementation, incident resolution, and technical improvements. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys hands-on technical work, solving complex problems, and supporting the reliable operation of essential network and data centre services.
