Working closely with our Technical Support team, suppliers, and dealer network, you will ensure every return, repair, or replacement case is handled with accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism. Full training will be provided from day one. We are looking for someone who is methodical, communicates well, and takes real ownership of their work., Manage RMA Process: Oversee the end-to-end RMA process, from receiving returns to processing claims and coordinating repairs or replacements. - Customer Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding RMA enquiries, providing timely updates and resolving issues efficiently. - Documentation and Tracking: Maintain accurate records of RMA requests, actions taken, and outcomes.
