## About the Role

* Strong background as a Salesforce Developer using Sales & Service Cloud, with deep hands-on experience in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWCs). Salesforce Certifications are highly preferred.
 * Proven track record working on Salesforce instances heavily integrated with external real-time systems. Solid understanding of software architecture patterns (Event-Driven Architecture is a major bonus!).
 * Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS), alongside modern development tooling (Git, CI/CD pipelines, and packaging approaches).
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

 * Identify and implement opportunities to leverage Agentic AI and Agentforce to deliver transformational change.
 * Develop core Salesforce capabilities across the ecosystem, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability.
 * Confidently identify, mitigate, and resolve architectural risks, control weaknesses, or system bottlenecks.
