## About the Role

* Experience delivering technology, automation or transformation projects within a tax, finance or professional services environment.
 * Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business challenges into practical technology solutions.
 * Experience working with one or more of the following technologies:
*

 + Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Query)
 + Microsoft Fabric
 + Microsoft Dataverse
 + Microsoft Copilot Studio or similar AI platforms
 + Alteryx or comparable automation tools
 * An understanding of data management, automation, analytics and emerging technologies.
 * Experience with coding or scripting languages such as Python, SQL or DAX would be advantageous.
 * Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
 * Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
 * A collaborative approach and genuine enthusiasm for driving innovation and continuous improvement.

## Description

As a Tax Technology & Transformation Manager, you'll lead the delivery of technology-driven initiatives that improve tax processes, enhance client service and support business transformation., * Leading the design and development of innovative tax technology solutions and proof-of-concepts.

 * Delivering technology and transformation projects from initial concept through to implementation.
 * Working with tax specialists and wider business teams to identify opportunities for automation, process improvement and data-driven insights.
 * Translating business requirements into practical, scalable technology solutions.
 * Supporting the development of new technology-enabled service offerings.
 * Delivering workshops, demonstrations and training sessions to encourage the adoption of new technologies across the business.
 * Acting as a trusted adviser on tax technology, providing practical guidance and support to colleagues.
 * Collaborating with stakeholders across tax, finance, technology and data teams to deliver successful outcomes.
 * Contributing to the continuous development of internal systems, processes and digital capabilities.
