 * Tooling: Proficient with ticketing systems, remote support tools, and hardware configuration techniques.
 * Language Skills: Professional fluency in English (verbal and written) is required for clear user communication and technical documentation.
 * Mindset: You are pragmatic and service-oriented. You know how to prioritize urgent issues while ensuring long-term technical stability.

## Description

* Technical Support Ownership: Provide 1st and 2nd line support across hardware, software, and network systems. Maintain consistency and reliability across all user endpoints.
 * End-to-End Troubleshooting: Lead the technical resolution process from initial incident logging and diagnosis to root-cause resolution and user handoff.
 * System Administration: Manage user accounts, permissions, and security policies using Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
 * Infrastructure Maintenance: Monitor network connectivity, system health, and backup integrity to prevent downtime before it happens.
 * Documentation & Communication: Document technical processes and support tickets clearly. Explain technical issues clearly to non-technical team members and management.
