A strong interest and broad knowledge of Cyber Security would be highly regarded., * Strong analytical and investigative skills, using MS Excel and PowerBI confidently * Effective communication (written and verbal) and collaboration across different teams. * Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. * Prioritisation: working in a rapidly changing environment, you'll need to be able to prioritise multiple activities. * Initiative: the ability to work on your own initiative and take responsibility for your and team deliverables. * Positive attitude: having a willingness to learn and develop yourself. Desirable: * Relevant University degree in Computer / Cyber Security / Engineering and Security certifications will be an advantage e.g. CISSP, CISM, SEC+, GIAC Security Essentials (GSEC). * Knowledge of cybersecurity, physical security, and risk management principles as well as Operational Technology (OT) and Critical National Infrastructure (CNI). * Ability to adapt to evolving threat landscapes. * Detailed knowledge of the hardware and software systems in use across both IT and OT domains and the architectural arrangements in place to support management and operation of systems. ## Description As Britain's national gas network, we help keep the lights on, businesses running, and homes warm by maintaining the critical infrastructure that transports gas across Great Britain.
