Experience of supporting HR, payroll, workforce management, or related systems would be advantageous. You will have an understanding of the technical and business processes associated with modern HR operations and be able to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will act as a subject matter expert for the University's HR systems, working closely with colleagues in Human Resources, Payroll, and IT Services to ensure systems remain secure, reliable, and fit for purpose. You will assist with testing activities for system upgrades and enhancements, assist with issue resolution and continual service improvement, and contribute to the development of documentation, policies, and support processes. You will also identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements, helping to streamline workflows and deliver an enhanced user experience. The successful candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
