To be ahead of the pack, you might have: * Previous experience in an EU-wide IT support team. * Familiarity with logistics or shipping procedures for IT hardware. * Exposure to corporate acquisition integration environments. * Proven experience in troubleshooting network connectivity and communication protocols. ## Description We are looking for a hands-on IT Support Technician to join our team in Leicester, UK. In this role, you will be the go-to person for preparing essential equipment for new hires, handling break/fix issues, and ensuring our team members are fully equipped to succeed. If you are passionate about IT and enjoy a mix of technical troubleshooting and physical hardware management, we want to hear from you. This role is perfect for an IT professional with at least one year of experience who is comfortable with both remote support and the physical side of IT operations. You will play a key role in our European team, ensuring that as we grow, our employees have the hardware and support they need from day one. You will be responsible for preparing laptops, managing equipment shipping, and assisting with general IT troubleshooting. Additionally, you will gain exposure to acquisition integration projects as our business expands.
