## About the Role

* Idéalement de niveau Bac/Bac +3 en informatique
 * Vous justifiez d'une solide expérience de 3 ans dans le déploiement, l'installation et le support des équipements informatiques en environnement professionnel.
 * Vous maîtrisez les environnements Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, ainsi que les outils de déploiement et de gestion de parc informatique.
 * Certifications Microsoft (AZ-104, MS-700, MS-500 etc.) fortement appréciées
 * Une expérience dans l'accompagnement des utilisateurs, la rédaction de procédures et le transfert de compétences serait un véritable atout.

Au-delà de vos compétences techniques, vous êtes rigoureux(se), volontaire, autonome et doté d'un réel sens du service client.

## Description

Itinérant vous serez affecté à notre agence de LAVAL (53) et vous aurez pour missions :

 * Préparer et mastériser le matériel informatique (contrôler le matériel à déployer, installer et paramétrer les systèmes d'exploitation, antivirus/EDR...)
 * Déployer et mettre en service chez nos clients (installation des postes et périphériques, configuration des équipements au réseau local, réaliser des migration...)
 * Déployer et configurer l'environnement Microsoft 365
 * Vous serez garant de la qualité de service
