## About the Role

* Systèmes d'exploitation Microsoft Windows, O365, applications bureautiques et collaboratives de la suite 0365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, …),
 * Systèmes de préparation des postes de travail, TSE,
 * Déploiement de matériels (PC, portable, borne wifi/4G, MFP, imprimantes étiquettes, lecteur de cartes à puce, tablette et smartphone, brassage réseau, …) et de logiciels,
 * Connaissance réseaux IP,

Savoir être :

 * Sens de l'organisation et de la gestion

 * Pédagogie et sens de l'écoute
 * Resistance au stress
 * Esprit d'équipe, excellent relationnel
 * Bonne présentation
 * Qualité rédactionnelle, * Lieu de travail : poste basé au siège à Cergy (95), avec quelques déplacements sur les autres sites du Groupe en Ile-de-France.
 * Permis B obligatoire
 * Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme de Technicien Supérieur en Informatique (Bac + 2)
 * 2 ans d'expérience minimum dans le domaine du support informatique, et idéalement dans un groupe de Laboratoire de Biologie Médicale

. La connaissance des Systèmes Informatique de Laboratoire (Clarilab, Kalisil, LAMWeb, …) constitue un plus.

## Description

* Prise en charge des demandes des utilisateurs :
 * Prendre en compte les appels et tickets des utilisateurs.
 * Suivre les incidents et les demandes
 * Traitement ou déclenchement des actions de support correspondantes (N1/N2) :
 * Diagnostic, identification, information, résolution, formulation
 * Escalade N3
 * Suivi des incidents :
 * Effectuer le suivi du traitement des sollicitations
 * Émettre des demandes d'actions préventives de fond
 * Respecter les délais de résolution
 * Gestion du parc informatique :
 * Préparer et installer le matériel et/ou logiciel des systèmes informatiques
 * Assurer la maintenance préventive
 * Réaliser des évolutions et des mises à jour
 * Sécuriser les postes informatiques et les données
 * Suivre et gérer le stock de matériel
 * Gestion des applications métier et d'infrastructure :
 * Création et suivi des comptes utilisateurs (AD, O365, applications métier)
 * Configuration et paramétrage
 * Aide à l'utilisation
 * Mise en place :
 * Installation du matériel sur les différents sites (Aménagements / déménagements, sites temporaires, …)
