De formation Bac +2 minimum, vous justifiez d'au moins 2 ans d'expérience sur un poste similaire. Vous êtes rigoureux, autonome, avez un excellent relationnel et appréciez le travail en équipe.

## Description

Au sein du Service Technique, vous intégrez une équipe de 10 techniciens, dont 2 suppléants au responsable. Sous la responsabilité du Responsable du service, vous évoluez dans un environnement technique riche, dans un contexte multi-clients et vous contribuez à toutes les activités du service, au déploiement et à la maintenance des solutions informatiques commercialisées par la société.

Vos missions principales seront :

 - La préparation en atelier et le déploiement sur site client,

 - le déploiement et la maintenance de solutions monopostes et réseaux,

 - le support téléphonique et la télémaintenance,

 - le SAV matériel en atelier ou programmé en journée sur site client.

Vous devez connaître les solutions Microsoft Server, les systèmes Windows et les outils bureautiques. Vous possédez des compétences sur Active Directory, la virtualisation, la gestion des réseaux LAN et WAN, les sécurités associées et les sauvegardes.
