We're looking for a Greeting and Administrative Agent to join our team and be the friendly, efficient face of our organization., * Perfectly fluent in both spoken and written English and French

(English native speaker preferred)

 * Strong computer literacy - proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
 * At least 3 years of customer service experience
 * Friendly, approachable, and calm under pressure
 * Quick thinker and adaptable - able to move fast and multitask effectively
 * Works well in a team, but also independently with minimal supervision
 * Flexible schedule, with availability at least two weekends per month

## Description

* Welcome guests with professionalism and warmth
 * Follow up on client satisfaction and ensure a positive experience
 * Troubleshoot issues and find effective solutions quickly
 * Coordinate with service providers for maintenance and repairs
 * Handle phone and email correspondence promptly and courteously
 * Prepare and update documents, reports, and other written materials
 * Maintain and update the back-office booking system
