## About the Role

* Étudiant(e) préparant un BTS orienté Informatique, Systèmes & Réseaux avec un rythme de 3 jours/2 jours, 4 jours/1 jour ou 3 semaines/1 semaine.
 * Curieux(se), rigoureux(se), organisé(e) et doté(e) d'un bon relationnel, tu apprécies le travail en équipe et le contact avec les utilisateurs.
 * Tu es à l'aise au téléphone et tu n'hésites pas à échanger avec différents interlocuteurs pour les accompagner dans la résolution de leurs problématiques informatiques.
 * Une première expérience professionnelle (stage, alternance ou projet scolaire) en support informatique ou administration systèmes et réseaux serait un plus.

## Description

Support informatique

 * Prendre en charge les demandes utilisateurs (magasins, siège et entrepôt) via la hotline et l'outil de ticketing JIRA ;
 * Diagnostiquer et accompagner la résolution des incidents informatiques ;
 * Assister les utilisateurs à distance dans l'utilisation de leurs outils.

Gestion du matériel informatique

 * Préparer, configurer et déployer les postes de travail, smartphones, tablettes et autres équipements informatiques ;
 * Installer et configurer les imprimantes réseau et les périphériques ;
 * Participer à la gestion du parc mobile.

Réseaux & projets IT

 * Participer à l'administration des équipements réseau (switches, bornes Wi-Fi) et des infrastructures magasins ;
 * Contribuer aux projets IT (déploiement matériel, téléphonie VoIP, migrations et évolutions techniques).

Cette liste n'est pas limitative. Tu pourras être amené(e) à participer à d'autres projets transverses de la Direction Informatique.
