## About the Role

Formation en informatique (Bac +2 minimum).

 - Expérience confirmée d'au moins 4 ans en informatique, avec une première expérience réussie en management.
 - Solides compétences en infrastructures informatiques, virtualisation, cloud et cybersécurité.
 - Capacités d'organisation, de planification et de gestion des priorités.
 - Excellent relationnel, sens du service et aptitude à travailler avec des interlocuteurs variés.
 - Appétence pour les méthodes d'amélioration continue et l'innovation.

## Description

Manager une équipe de 10 techniciens (dont 2 suppléants).

 - Organiser, planifier et suivre les interventions techniques chez les clients.
 - Garantir la qualité de service, la sécurité des infrastructures et la continuité des activités.
 - Coordonner les activités de maintenance, SAV et déploiement des infrastructures informatiques.
 - Collaborer avec les équipes commerciales, les consultants-formateurs et la direction pour répondre aux besoins des clients et améliorer les processus.

Avec votre équipe, vous évoluez dans un environnement technique riche, dans un contexte multi-clients.

Véritable référent technique, vous garantissez la performance, la sécurité et la continuité de l'activité de nos clients et de notre entreprise.
