We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing technology business looking to expand its customer support team in London. This home-based role offers the opportunity to work independently while being part of a collaborative and supportive technical team., You'll enjoy working with people as much as technology and take pride in delivering an excellent customer experience. Ideally you'll have experience with: * Windows 10 & Windows 11 * Microsoft 365 * Active Directory * Microsoft Office applications * Basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS & DHCP) * Desktop and laptop support * Hardware troubleshooting and replacement * IT Service Desk or Helpdesk ticketing systems Experience with any of the following would be advantageous: * Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) * Microsoft 365 migrations * Server infrastructure * Cloud technologies * ITIL or CompTIA certifications, * Previous experience in a 1st/2nd Line IT Support role. * Excellent customer service and communication skills. * A logical approach to problem solving. * The ability to work independently from home. * Strong organisational and time management skills. * A proactive attitude and willingness to learn. * A full UK driving licence essential ## Description You'll provide a combination of remote and onsite support to a wide range of business customers across London and the surrounding areas. Every day is different, giving you exposure to a broad range of technologies, environments and projects. The Role As an IT Support Engineer, you'll play a key role in ensuring customers receive a first-class IT support service.
