## About the Role

* Previous experience within a Facilities Management helpdesk or coordination role.
 * Strong administration and organisational skills.
 * Experience using CAFM systems (Maximo desirable).
 * Good communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
 * Strong IT skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

## Description

* Manage incoming maintenance requests via telephone and email, logging and prioritising jobs accurately.
 * Allocate reactive and planned maintenance tasks to engineers and subcontractors.
 * Monitor work orders using CAFM systems (Maximo) and ensure completion within agreed SLAs.
 * Liaise with engineers, contractors, suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
 * Support purchase orders, invoice queries, reporting and general contract administration., This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading Facilities Management provider supporting the delivery of maintenance services across Birmingham Schools and community sites.

You will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of maintenance requests, from initial customer contact through to job completion. Working closely with engineers, subcontractors and contract teams, you will ensure all work orders are processed accurately, SLA targets are achieved and customers receive a high level of service.
