* 1+ year IT support, helpdesk, or technical support experience preferred
 * Knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, basic networking, and printers
 * Experience with ticketing systems or remote support tools is a plus
 * Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
 * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
 * Valid driver's license required

## Description

* Provide technical support via phone and ticketing system
 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, VPNs, and Windows/Mac operating systems
 * Install and configure computers, applications, and business software
 * Support Microsoft 365 environments
 * Document tickets and client activity accurately
 * Deploy equipment onsite and assist with setup
 * Monitor RMM alerts and complete scheduled maintenance tasks
 * Escalate advanced issues when necessary
 * Participate in rotating on-call schedule (after onboarding)
