The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. ## Description The IT Operations & Infrastructure Administrator is responsible for delivering exceptional technical support while helping manage and maintain the organization's technology infrastructure. This role serves as a key member of the IT team, providing hands-on support to end users while administering Microsoft 365, networking, endpoint management, collaboration technologies, and cybersecurity solutions. The successful candidate will be a versatile IT professional who enjoys solving user issues, improving technology processes, and ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of the company's IT environment. This position works closely with employees across all departments and plays an important role in supporting business operations, manufacturing activities, and strategic technology initiatives., * Provide technical support for employees across office, manufacturing, and remote user environments.
