OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES: * Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) as part of daily workflow. * Experience working in a **healthcare, managed care, or Medicare Advantage** environment. * Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare data security practices. * Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment using project tracking tools such as Jira. * Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) and DevOps basics (CI/CD)., LANGUAGE: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups and customers or employees of the organization. MATHEMATICS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form., While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to lift or exert force up to 10 pounds. ## Description SUMMARY: The Software Engineer will build and maintain the internal systems, data pipelines, and tools that power our clinical, quality, pharmacy, and risk adjustment operations.
