Preferred but not required * Previous cybersecurity experience. * Familiarity with privileged access management or identity and access management. * Experience working with service accounts or administrative credentials. * Experience using an RMM tool or EDR solution. * Experience supporting an MSP or consulting organization. * Relevant IT, Microsoft, or cybersecurity certifications. * Basic scripting or automation experience., * The ideal candidate is a dependable IT professional who enjoys bringing structure to operational projects. They do not need to be a senior cybersecurity engineer, but they should be comfortable asking appropriate questions, documenting information clearly, coordinating across different teams, and persistently moving outstanding tasks toward completion., * Can you consistently commit at least 20 hours per week?, * Identity & access management: 1 year (Preferred) * System administration: 2 years (Preferred) * Information security: 1 year (Preferred) ## Description Cyber Tech Integrations LLC is seeking a part-time IT Operations & Privileged Access Management (PAM) Coordinator for an initial four-month independent contractor engagement, with a strong likelihood of extension. The immediate assignment involves supporting an ongoing client PAM program. This is primarily an operational, documentation, and stakeholder-coordination role, not a senior PAM engineering position. Responsibilities PAM project support * Maintain and prioritize an inventory of service, administrative, and privileged accounts. * Identify application owners, technical contacts, and responsible stakeholders. * Document account ownership, purpose, dependencies, usage, and credential-management requirements. * Coordinate with application teams to determine whether accounts can be managed through the PAM solution. * Work with the PAM vendor's support engineer to coordinate account onboarding. * Track testing, approvals, blockers, exceptions, and completed onboarding activities. * Follow up consistently with application owners and administrators. * Assist with onboarding administrators who have not yet adopted the PAM solution. * Maintain procedures, meeting notes, account records, and project status reports. * Escalate technical risks, exceptions, and decisions appropriately. Additional CTI support Depending on performance, qualifications, workload, and business needs, additional opportunities may become available over time to support CTI's broader managed IT and cybersecurity operations.
