* Proven experience working within manufacturing or construction environments with hands-on knowledge of hydraulics, HVAC/R systems, welding, automotive repair, aircraft maintenance, electrical systems, plumbing or related technical fields.

 * Strong technical proficiency with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), educational technologies like Blackboard, and computers for instructional purposes.

 * Knowledge of safety standards including OSHA regulations relevant to manufacturing and technical training environments.
 * Background in course design focusing on technical skills instruction such as automotive diagnostics or maintenance operations (MRO).
