Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Respond to requests for technical support, documenting, tracking and monitoring the problem to ensure a timely resolution. * Maintain an adequate level of knowledge of operating system and application software being used to provide high-level support to users. * Install workstations, servers, printers, applications, and other services according to schedule or as requested. * Add and maintain users on the network; assigning application access, ensuring security and configurations are within standards. * Download and test new versions of client software for workstations and make recommendations based on findings. * Notify maintenance vendor when equipment needs to be repaired and keep records of such. * Ensure efficient and economical utilization of equipment and resources.
