 * Advanced in Java-based software development.
 * Advanced knowledge of system design and development, development patterns, quality assurance and integration methodologies.
 * Understanding of business and IT strategies, architectural standards and software capabilities.
 * Strong problem-solving skills.

## Description

* Act as a subject matter expert in one or more specialties.
 * Work independently on complex work and projects.
 * Design, code, test, debug and implement solutions for new system development, enhancements of existing systems and implementation of third-party products.
 * Perform complex tasks relating to the design and development of solutions requiring design patterns, performance considerations and supportability by others.
 * Support the resolution of deployment, warranty and post-warranty issues and defects and other domain-related design problems.
 * Work with other IT associates throughout the full software development life cycle.
 * Coach and lead less experienced IT associates.
