Standardize support tools and techniques for key functions like monitoring, alerting, and backups. Create tools, techniques, and processes for the DB Operational team to ensure real-time validation and technical assurance of new infrastructure. Manage the DB license compliance and purchase requirements, sharing information with stakeholders. Ensure security, confidentiality, and integrity of information systems through compliance with legislation and regulations, implementing necessary controls and management strategies. Own diverse technical expertise including DevOps, troubleshooting, cloud computing, coding/scripting, and infrastructure engineering, along with strong collaboration and communication skills. Take ownership of technical problems, proactively resolving issues to ensure solutions meet business requirements. Identify and analyze problems, prioritizing them, documenting causes, and implementing remedies. Focus on the entire lifecycle of service delivery, from design and development to delivery and operations, ensuring IT products and vendors work together effectively.
