strong knowledge of InterSystems IRIS for health. - Utilize experience with EHR-to-Epic conversions and healthcare data integrations. - Create business, functional, and technical requirements documents; develop data/process models and flowcharts. - Conduct interviews with end users, stakeholders, and project sponsors to assess needs and gather requirements. - Define external interfaces, data sources, user types, interface components, and reporting/administrative requirements. - Identify and communicate project risks, constraints, and ambiguities; assist in solution development. - Partner with project managers to ensure documentation aligns with project schedules. - Lead meetings, workgroups, and execute follow-up activities. - Ensure all software requirements are met and quality standards are maintained in coordination with QA. - Document software test plans, release notes, user guidelines, and training materials. - Plan, coordinate, and support user acceptance testing and deployments. - Provide end user and application support, including troubleshooting and defect resolution. - Develop and deliver project presentations. - Mentor and provide training to junior analysts and team members; supervise and evaluate assigned staff. - Identify, analyze, and propose process improvements; communicate change strategies. - Participate in and lead special projects as required. - May be required to work beyond standard hours;
