The position requires a proactive "first mover" capable of helping establish and shape a new team integrating personnel across programs and products funded through Department of War initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strategic operator and builder - someone comfortable stepping into a newly forming organization, creating structure where little exists, and helping shape acquisition transition efforts from prototype through enterprise integration.
