This role will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring business needs are translated into detailed functional and technical requirements for solution implementation. The selected consultant will work closely with program leadership, subject matter experts, architects, development teams, and vendors to document current business processes, identify improvement opportunities, define future-state solutions, and ensure successful delivery through testing and implementation. This position requires an experienced Business Analyst with strong requirements gathering, business process analysis, stakeholder management, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) experience., Analyze existing legacy business systems and identify process inefficiencies. Gather, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements. Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions. Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and other project artifacts.
