The ideal candidate has a foundational understanding of game design principles, and a strong desire to learn and grow in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, have a can-do attitude, and be willing to take ownership and help grow the capabilities of our growing engineering team. This position will provide an opportunity to apply academic experience to the creation of serious games, with the possibility of work continuing through the school year. Daily work will require experience in the Unreal game engine and the ability to learn custom frameworks, toolsets, and workflows. This role is primarily geared towards college students looking to get early professional experience, with employment expected to last from the day of hiring until September of 2028, which is when the current contract that we are hiring for ends.
