* 3+ years of enterprise systems engineering, administration, and architecture experience
 * Extensive hands-on experience with Windows Servers (2016, 2019, 2022)
 * Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies: VMware vSphere, Hyper-V, and/or Nutanix
 * Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid cloud environments
 * Expertise in Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and IAM solutions including SSO and MFA
 * Proven scripting and automation skills: PowerShell, Bash, Python, Ansible, and/or Terraform
 * Solid background in backup and disaster recovery solutions (Veeam, Rubrik, Cohesity or similar)
 * Ability to act as an escalation point for critical system incidents, including Tier 3 support
