Du arbeitest mit modernen Business-Systemen und Integrationslösungen, etwa Microsoft Dynamics und ähnlichen ERP-Plattformen, und treibst technische sowie organisatorische Weiterentwicklungen voran. Dabei bekommst du Spielraum für strategische Entscheidungen, die direkte Wirkung auf Projektorganisation und Delivery haben. Wir unterstützen deine fachliche Weiterentwicklung durch gezielte Lernangebote und klare Karrierepfade., * Leiten komplexer ERP-Transformationsprojekte unter Nutzung von Business-Systemen wie Microsoft Dynamics, SAP oder vergleichbaren Plattformen

 * Koordinieren mehrerer paralleler Projekte inklusive Ressourcen- und Risikosteuerung
 * Steuern interdisziplinärer Teams aus Beratung, Entwicklung und externen Partnern
 * Sichern von Qualität, Termintreue und Wirtschaftlichkeit durch klare Governance und Reporting
