* Completed studies in Aerospace, Business Informatics or comparable
 * Several years of professional experience in Aerospace, Configuration Management and Project Management
 * Airbus-Experience and in Customization is a plus
 * Good knowledge in Change and Project Management
 * Basic knowledge in Process Management and Cabin Design
 * Good user skills in MS-Office, ICC, Taksy/Gesy/Tesy and Google Workspace
 * Fluent English and German skills spoken and written

Your Prospective Job:

For our renowned customer Airbus Operations you are acting as Cabin Customization Configuration Manager (m/f/d) in Hamburg / Finkenwerder.

Your Responsibilities:

 * Focal point for all Cabin configuration related subjects (multi-ATA)
 * Ensure alignment of aircraft configuration and customer requests
 * Support digitalisation and associated Lean opportunities
 * Perform the Configuration Integration of customer option requests
 * Secure preparation and coverage of EPAC/TDUs and MOD build-ups for the HoV (Head of Version) Rebuilds and the associated CDF (Custom Definition Freeze)
 * Monitor availability and quality of customization modifications within the Aircraft Configuration Control (ACC) database
 * Support Project & Chief Engineering teams to mitigate potential risks on new project developments
 * Ensure Programme robustness in fleet integration
 * Continuous improvement of fleet configuration integration deliverables to ensure on time delivery performance and customer satisfaction
 * Continuous improvement of general Configuration processes and tool projects
 * Simplify the customization process to support rate adaptations / increase
