* Analyse und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen sowie Entwicklung zukunftsfähiger digitaler Lösungen
 * Aufnahme und Strukturierung fachlicher Anforderungen sowie Erarbeitung geeigneter Lösungskonzepte gemeinsam mit Kund*innen und Projektteams
 * Konzeption und Umsetzung digitaler Prozesslösungen unter Einsatz moderner Technologien
 * Unterstützung bei Tests, Qualitätssicherung, Einführung und kontinuierlicher Weiterentwicklung digitaler Lösungen
 * Mitarbeit an Projekten im Bereich Digitalisierung, Prozessautomatisierung und künstliche Intelligenz
