## About the Role

Our Marketplace Management team is currently looking for a motivated Ecommerce Consultant - Amazon (f/m/d) to support our clients to grow their online business. The position is full-time and located in Hamburg., * You enjoy client-facing work and feel comfortable communicating with clients; explaining topics clearly and in a structured way comes naturally to you.

 * You have 2-4 years of professional experience in e-commerce, with a clear focus on Amazon (Amazon Vendor & Seller Central); exposure to Sponsored Ads is a plus.
 * You have ideally gained experience in an agency, consultancy, or with a brand involved in marketplace selling.
 * You are ready to take ownership of tasks and support operational processes with a customer-oriented mindset, and you're keen to grow into a stronger strategic and advisory role over time.
 * You demonstrate self-initiative, prioritize tasks independently, and maintain a proactive approach to challenges.
 * You are self-motivated with a genuine thirst for continuous learning and expanding your knowledge base.
 * You possess solid analytical capabilities, a conceptual mindset, and a solution-oriented approach.
 * You demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills in English; German is a plus.

## Description

* You will act as a reliable day-to-day point of contact for your clients, supporting their Amazon Vendor Central (1P) projects and helping to drive successful outcomes, with exposure to hybrid 1P/3P setups considered a plus.
 * You will help develop and implement growth-focused measures across e-commerce and Amazon-related topics, working closely with senior team members while progressively taking on more ownership of your own workstreams.
 * You will contribute to cross-divisional measures, including product data/content optimization, marketing and paid media campaigns, CRM, and analytics, to enhance project success and client satisfaction.
 * You will gain hands-on exposure to Amazon Sponsored Ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and/or Sponsored Display), supporting campaign setup, monitoring, and optimization alongside our advertising specialists.
 * You will help translate campaign and account data into clear, client-ready insights and recommendations.
 * You will collaborate closely with colleagues across disciplines, learning from their expertise while actively contributing to the team's overall success and building toward greater ownership of your own client portfolio.
 * You will stay on top of new developments in your area and regularly share these insights with your team.
