## About the Role

* Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium mit betriebswirtschaftlichem, juristischem oder informationstechnologischem Fokus
 * Fachspezifische Kenntnisse im Umfeld der Revision, insbesondere in Bezug auf SGB, DS-GVO und LDSG und weiterer relevanter Vorschriften
 * Zertifizierungen CIA, CISA und CRISC sind von Vorteil
 * Mehrjährige Erfahrung mit internen/externen Audits, vorzugsweise in einer leitenden Position
 * Von Vorteil sind Kenntnisse im EU-Vergaberecht, BSI Grundschutz, COBIT, ISO Standards (z. B. 20000, 22301, 2700x), NIS Richtlinie sowie grundsätzliche IT Kenntnisse

## Description

* Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung der Revisionsstrategie sowie Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der Global Internal Audit Standards (GIAS)
 * Leitung und Steuerung der Internen Revision unter Sicherstellung ihrer Unabhängigkeit und Wirksamkeit sowie der Koordination von Ressourcenplanungen, Organisation und bereichsübergreifenden Abstimmungen
 * Entwicklung, Planung und Priorisierung einer risikoorientierten Revisionsplanung sowie Steuerung ihrer Umsetzung
 * Durchführung und Leitung von Prüfungen mit wesentlicher Bedeutung sowie Organisation von Sonderprüfungen und Follow-up-Prozessen
 * Weiterentwicklung von Methoden, Prozessen, Standards und dem Revisionshandbuch zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung der Internen Revision
 * Beratung und Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung in allen Fragen der Internen Revision und Berichterstattung an Geschäftsführung und Audit Committee
