You will lead all phases of the migration lifecycle, including data assessment, profiling, cleansing, mapping, transformation, validation, reconciliation, mock loads, and cutover activities to ensure high-quality, business-ready data in the target SAP environment. Working closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, technical teams, and SAP experts, you will drive data governance, quality, and compliance while managing migration risks, dependencies, and timelines. You will oversee the Data Migration Factory, provide leadership to global teams, and ensure a seamless cutover and successful go-live with minimal business disruption.
