## About the Role

* Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Automatisierungstechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
 * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Leitung von IT/OT-Projekten, idealerweise in der Elektroanfertigung (SMT, THT, Endmontage)
 * Kenntnisse gängiger Projektmanagement-Methoden (klassisch und agil)
 * Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Schnittstellen zu ERP-Systemen sowie Automatisierungs-/Maschinenanbindung
 * Grundverständnis für OT-Cybersecurity (z.B. IEC 62443) von Vorteil
 * Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse

## Description

* Projektleitung Einführung eines MES-Systems in der Elektroanfertigung, von der Konzeption bis zum Rollout
 * Aufnahme und Analyse bestehender Produktionsprozesse sowie Definition der Anforderungen gemeinsam mit Fachabteilung (Produktion, Qualität, Logistik, IT)
 * Koordination der Schnittstellen zwischen MES, SAP und Maschinen-/Anlagensteuerungen (OT-Ebene)
 * Steuerung externer Dienstleister und Systemintegratoren
 * Erstellung von Projektplänen, Budgetverantwortung sowie Risiko- und Stakeholdermanagement
 * Sicherstellung der Datenqualität und -konsistenz entlang der Automatisierungspyramide (Feldebene bis MES/ERP)
 * Schulung und Change Management für Anwender:innen in der Produktion
 * Mitwirkung bei der Erarbeitung einer Roadmap zur Integration zukünftiger Technologien, u.a. perspektivisch auch KI-gestützter Anwendungen (z.B. KI-Agenten zur Prozessoptimierung, Anomalieerkennung oder Entscheidungsunterstützung in der Fertigung)
 * Berücksichtigung von OT-Security-Aspekten bei der Systemintegration
