## About the Role

 * Tiefgreifendes Verständnis moderner Topologien (AC/DC, DC/DC), innovativer Halbleiter (SiC, GaN) und der Auslegung passiver Bauelemente.
 * Praktische Erfahrung in der Lieferantensteuerung sowie im technischen Projektmanagement, um externe Partner ohne Verlust der Detailtiefe zu führen.
 * Routinierte Anwendung von Requirements-Tools (z. B. DOORS, Polarion) und Simulationssoftware (z. B. MATLAB/Simulink, PSpice).
 * Starkes Verhandlungsgeschick, eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte klar zu vermitteln.

## Description

In dieser Schlüsselposition übernehmen Sie die technische Federführung für leistungselektronische Systeme (Inverter, DC/DC-, AC/DC-Wandler). Als Schnittstelle zwischen den internen Fachbereichen und externen Top-Lieferanten geben Sie den technischen Rahmen vor: Von der Spezifikation über das Thermomanagement bis zur Serienfreigabe., * Aus komplexen Produktanforderungen leiten Sie präzise technische Spezifikationen für leistungselektronische Systeme (z. B. Inverter, DC/DC- und AC/DC-Wandler) ab.

 * Das Erstellen detaillierter Lastenhefte gehört ebenso zu Ihren Aufgaben wie das Abdecken von Thermomanagement, EMV-Richtlinien und funktionaler Sicherheit.
 * Externe Entwicklungspartner und Fertigungsdienstleister (EMS) werden von Ihnen zielgerichtet gesteuert
 * Weiterhin führen Sie Design-Reviews durch und sorgen für die Sicherstellung hoher Qualitätsstandards.
 * Als technisches Bindeglied vernetzen Sie interne Teams (Software, Mechanik, Einkauf) nahtlos mit den externen Partnern.
 * Neben der Bewertung von Testergebnissen koordinieren Sie die Industrialisierung und begleiten die Komponenten sicher bis zum Start of Production (SOP).
