 * Familiarity with low voltage wiring is advantageous.
 * Knowledge of computer networking concepts and troubleshooting software or hardware issues is essential.
 * Hands-on experience with AV system installation, cabling techniques, mechanical knowledge, and control system programming is a plus.
 * Demonstrated ability to operate video conferencing systems and audiovisual control systems confidently.
 * Strong customer service skills with a proactive attitude towards resolving technical issues efficiently.

## Description

* Assist with the service and troubleshooting of AV equipment, including video conferencing systems, audio systems, cabling, and control systems (Crestron).
 * Troubleshoot AV system issues such as equipment malfunctions and connectivity problems to minimize downtime.
 * Perform routine maintenance on AV and IT equipment, including cabling, mechanical components, microphones and displays.
 * Collaborate with team members to implement audio systems, laptops, and personal computers setups for client needs.
