The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hand to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and lifting. ## Description Novo Building Products is seeking a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to identify and implement the best path forward while turning raw data into actionable insights and driving strategic decision making. Day-to-day responsibilities will center around data optimization, assisting IT with data governance, business intelligence development, ensuring business leaders are provided with timely, actionable information via accurate key performance indicators, concise reporting, and dashboard development. Critical thinking and strong problem-solving skills are utilized in partnership with stakeholders to diagnose area specific issues and recommend solutions fitting within the organizational strategic framework.
