## Description

We are seeking a Help Desk Technician to join our Information Technology team and serve as the first point of contact for technical support across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, delivering excellent customer service, and helping maintain smooth day-to-day IT operations.

What You'll Do

 * Serve as the primary contact for internal users needing technical assistance via phone, email, or ticketing system
 * Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving:
 * Windows and macOS workstations
 * Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Office)
 * Password resets and account access
 * Printers, peripherals, and basic networking
 * Log, categorize, prioritize, and manage support tickets accurately
 * Perform remote troubleshooting using approved support tools
 * Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including account setup and deactivation
 * Document solutions and contribute to improvements in the IT knowledge base
