This is a hands-on development role for someone with a strong technical foundation who is eager to learn, take direction, and grow quickly. You'll contribute across backend development, frontend applications, databases, and cloud infrastructure while receiving guidance and mentorship from an experienced senior developer. We use AI development tools such as Claude Code and ChatGPT to accelerate development, troubleshoot issues, and improve productivity. We're looking for someone who is comfortable using these tools while still taking the time to understand the code they produce. We care more about ability, attitude, problem-solving, and willingness to learn than a specific number of years of experience.
