Your mission is to build and maintain integrations across the rapidly growing AI ecosystem-including agent frameworks, MCPs, SDKs, developer tools, open-source projects, marketplaces, and partner platforms. This isn't a traditional product engineering role. Instead, you'll live at the edge of the AI ecosystem, constantly identifying emerging platforms and building integrations that make Nimble accessible to developers where they already work. You'll partner closely with Product and Engineering, but operate as an independent, fast-moving team focused on adoption, developer experience, and ecosystem growth. What You'll be Doing: Most of your time: * Build integrations with modern AI frameworks, MCP servers, SDKs, and developer platforms. * Develop plugins, Skills, connectors, templates, and reference applications that showcase Nimble's capabilities. * Identify emerging AI ecosystems and define the roadmap for where Nimble should integrate next. * Ship production-ready integrations quickly and continuously iterate based on developer feedback. * Build AI agent tooling that enables developers to access the live web through Nimble. Regularly: * Contribute to open-source projects and collaborate with external maintainers. * Publish technical examples and sample applications. * Engage with developer communities across GitHub, Discord, X, Reddit, Medium, and similar platforms. * Work closely with Product and Engineering to improve our developers' experience. As needed: * Attend AI community events and hackathons. * Support strategic technology partnerships and ecosystem initiatives. ## Related Videos - [On a Secret Mission: Developing AI Agents](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1510-on-a-secret-mission-developing-ai-agents) - [API Design - Getting Started](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/33-api-design-getting-started) - [Developer Marketing](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1049-developer-marketing) - [Innovating Developer Tools with AI: Insights from GitHub Next](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1268-innovating-developer-tools-with-ai-insights-from-github-next) - [Are Your APIs Ready for AI Agents](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/2004-are-your-apis-ready-for-ai-agents) - [Rest API Antipatterns](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/100208-rest-api-antipatterns) ## Related Articles - [How to Become an AI Engineer](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/331-how-to-become-an-ai-engineer) - [What is Agentic Programming and Why Should Developers Care?](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/625-what-is-agentic-programming-and-why-should-developers-care) - [Navigating the AI Shift](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/629-navigating-the-ai-shift) - [MLOps And AI Driven Development](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/82-mlops-and-ai-driven-development) - [Transforming Software Development: The Role of AI and Developer Tools](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/527-transforming-software-development-the-role-of-ai-and-developer-tools) - [The State of WebDev AI 2025 Results: What Can We Learn?](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/581-the-state-of-webdev-ai-2025-results-what-can-we-learn)
