## About the Role

* Diploma or degree in CAD, Drafting, Theatre Production, Entertainment Production, Design, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
 * Experience using Vectorworks, AutoCAD, or similar CAD software.
 * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
 * Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.
 * Interest in live entertainment, concerts, theatre, or event production.
 * Strong communication and time management skills.
 * Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Preferred

 * 0-2 years of experience in drafting, entertainment production, or a related field.
 * Experience using SketchUp.
 * Familiarity with Depence or Finale software (training will be provided).
 * Previous experience in live events, concerts, theatre, or entertainment production.

## Description

We're looking for a Technical Drafting Specialist to join our team. This is a newly created position and an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional or recent college or university graduate looking to build a career in the live entertainment industry., * Create, update, and maintain technical drawings using Vectorworks and CAD.

 * Develop stage plots, equipment layouts, and production drawings for live events.
 * Incorporate company equipment into existing venue and production drawings.
 * Convert and manage files between software platforms, including SketchUp and Vectorworks.
 * Maintain organized, accurate drawing files and equipment libraries.
 * Learn and utilize Depence and Finale software as required.
 * Collaborate with Project Managers, Permitting & Logistics team, and other internal departments to support project execution.
 * Assist with pyrobook design and other technical documentation as needed.
 * Review drawings for accuracy, completeness, and project readiness.
