## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree with a focus in STEM, Data Analytics, Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field

 * 1 year of experience within data analytics / data engineering preferred

 * Familiarity with Microsoft Office, SQL, PowerBI, Tableau, etc.

 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills

 * Ability to work independently and in a team environment

 * Basic knowledge of data analysis concepts and tools required

## Description

Under the general supervision of the Associate Director of Data Solutions, the Data Analyst/Engineer must demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. We are seeking a full-time, self-motivated Data Analyst/Engineer who will assist with administrative and data-related tasks. This in-person position will be located at the Summit administrative building in Lawrenceville, GA.

Responsibilities:

 * Create and maintain data reports

 * Collect, organize, and report on data to support business and operational decisions

 * Assist in maintaining and updating databases and data systems

 * Create and update dashboards

 * Identify trends and patterns through data analysis

 * Perform various other data-related functions as necessary
