## About the Role

Associate degree in business or related field from an
accredited college or university and one (1) year of
experience related to area of assignment.
Preferred
Qualification:
Accounting and Financial Management: Experience preparing, reviewing, and analyzing financial management reports, budgets, operational expenses, revenue projections, and profit and loss statements to support sound business decisions.

Account Analysis: Skilled in evaluating operational costs, analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and developing recommendations to improve efficiency and profitability.

Business Development: Experience identifying opportunities to improve operations, increase revenue, reduce costs, and support strategic initiatives across multiple manufacturing programs.

Executive Administrative Support: Proven ability to provide high-level administrative support, prepare professional correspondence, reports, presentations, and briefing materials for executive leadership.

Computer Literacy: Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access, as well as experience utilizing enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, database applications, and financial management software.

Records Management: Extensive experience maintaining accurate records, documentation, reports, and confidential information in accordance with agency policies and state requirements.

Administration Experience: Strong background coordinating administrative functions, managing projects, implementing operational procedures, and supporting organizational objectives.

Data Entry and Data Management: Experience maintaining accurate databases, entering and validating financial and operational information, and generating detailed analytical reports.

Organizational Skills: Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing assignments, coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
