Additional Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: * Willingness to work in the office five days a week. * Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Windows environments. * Hands-on experience supporting and configuring Microsoft SharePoint Online. * Basic experience with Microsoft Windows Server and network troubleshooting. * Working knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Entra ID. * Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. * Experience with QuickBase or other low code business application platforms. * Knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and services. * Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues. * Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively within an Information Technology team. ## Description Coates Field Service is seeking a Systems Analyst I to support the daily operations of the Information Technology department. This position will provide end-user technical support and assisting with the administration of Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, Windows Server, and network infrastructure. The Systems Analyst I will assist with the implementation, maintenance, and ongoing support of technology systems throughout the organization.
