Experience with Sitecore is strongly preferred. * Must have proficiency with Figma or other wireframing tools. * Must have proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and/or other graphic design tools (e.g. Canva, etc.). * Strong understanding of UI/UX best practices, accessibility standards, design principles, and layout composition required. * Must be able to work in a team-oriented environment, collaborate across multiple departments, and successfully work with internal stakeholders, vendors, and agencies. * Strong organizational and project management experience that demonstrates a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Experience with project management tools (especially Wrike) is preferred. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Requires ability to speak audibly and listen actively. Requires ability to use computers, telephones and other office equipment. Requires periodic out-of-town travel. May require the ability to stand for long periods of time. ## Description The Web Design Specialist is primarily responsible for implementing user experience (UX) and design updates to the ASH website according to industry best practices. This position works closely with the Digital Content Specialist and Web Specialist to create new web pages and to redesign existing website content within the organization's content management system (CMS).
