 * 3-4 years experience
Technical Skills
o Genesys Cloud: Development and configuration of flows (Architect), ACD routing,
scripting, bots, reporting.
o API & Web Services: Experience in using and creating REST APIs, OAuth2, SSO,
JSON.
o Java Development: Experience in Java (Spring Boot is a plus).
o Frontend Development: Proficiency in Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
o Databases: SQL / NoSQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB), JPA, Liquibase.
o DevOps (a plus): CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, HVault.
o Cloud Computing: Experience with AWS, Azure, dMZR be a plus.
o Versioning tools: Git, GitHub/GitLab.

 * Functional Skills
o Good priority management and ability to work independently.
o Excellent communication skills to interact with business and technical teams.
o Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack development and on
Genesys Cloud would be a plus.
o Languages: English (documentation and exchanges with editor support), + Técnico
